SAGE DIRECT EXPANDS PRODUCTION CAPACITY FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE GROWTH

GRAND RAPIDS, MI– Sage Direct, one of the leading processors of financial documents and marketing efforts recently expanded its production capacity with the installation of additional Epic Inserters.

Epic Inserters are produced by BlueCrest, formerly a division of Pitney Bowes. BlueCrest’s approach continues to provide clients with the service and expertise to which they are accustomed. In addition, the company is exploring new capabilities by collaborating with clients, committing to security, and delivering efficient products, services, and support.

SAGE DIRECT CORE PROCESSOR EXPERIENCE GROWS

GRAND RAPIDS, MI– As a result of its explosive growth in 2020 and 2021, Sage Direct’s experience with a wide variety of core processors has increased significantly.

Core processors provide Sage Direct with files for statements, eStatements, daily notices, tax statements and more. Since each processor has different file structures, Sage Direct’s data processing skills expand with each credit union converted from a new core processor.

Sage Direct and Commercial Business Systems to Automate Statement File Process

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, April 11, 2018 – Sage Direct and Commercial Business Systems (CBS) announced today a new effort to automate the uploading of credit union member statement files from CBS to Sage Direct.

Currently, credit unions are required to access the CBS CAMS-ii core processing system to transfer the file for statement processing. By coordinating data processing expertise, Sage Direct and CBS will eliminate the need for clients to be involved in the process. This new capability will only be available to mutual clients of the companies.

Gary Sage, President of Sage Direct, heralded the advancement by stating, “Sage Direct and CBS have established a strong working relationship designed to bring greater value to our joint clients. We hope this new efficiency will lead to our working together more closely to better serve the industry.”

The automated process will be available by May 1, 2018.
