Is Sage Direct SAS70 certified (Type I or Type II)?

Yes we are SAS70 Type II certified. Plante Moran is the accounting firm that conducts our audits.

Does Sage Direct outsource any part of statement processing?

ALL of your statements are processed internally under the strict controls of Sage employees, with one exception...a disaster event. (A disaster is defined as an act of nature, terrorism, or catastrophic event) Data would then be transferred either from Sage Direct, your credit union, or your processor to our disaster recovery site.

Can you provide a list of references?

Absolutely! A reference sheet can be provided upon request.

Is it possible to process a trial statement run for prospective clients?

We would be glad to, and free of charge. This will produce billing and postage reports for a more accurate quote.

What Service Level Agreements (SLA) do you offer?

After an accurate statement input file has been received by Sage Direct, month-end statements are in the mail within 1-4 business days. Most of the statements are in the mail within 2 days.

Do you provide other printing services?

Sage Direct offers daily notice processing:

          Printed and delivered by U.S. Mail
          eNotices for members that have signed up for eStatements
          Members are alerted by email and/or SMS text that a notice is available.

Do you print tax forms?

Sage Direct is an approved vendor of the IRS.
Tax forms are printed and mailed by regulatory due dates.
Archival CD’s can be provided.
Online access to tax forms is available

Is NCOA service available?

Yes. Updates are provided in the stipulated format.

What kind of proof will I have that the documents were mailed?

We have a complete audit of mailed documents.

Can Sage Direct guarantee that a member’s statement will not accidently be inserted into another member’s envelope?

Absolutely! Our state of the art equipment, with 2D barcode tracking, ensures 100% accuracy - GUARANTEED!

Can you household credit card and other statements with our member statements?

Yes, Sage Direct can household statements generated by different systems as long as there is a way of positively identifying the ownership of the statement.

How long are eDocuments available to members?

The credit union defines the number of past months history made available to their members, up to 24 months.

Will you be able to import our current eStatements?

In most cases yes. To confirm your format, please contact a customer service representative at Sage Direct.

When will eStatements be posted?

Within 24 hours from receiving your statement input file.

What is the time frame for sending out the eStatement email notification to members?

As soon as eStatements are posted.

Is target marketing offered?

Yes:

          Variable onsert printing (up to 5 onserts)
          Variable statement message printing
          Expanded marketing campaigns are offered in conjunction with statements

How are statement inserts handled?

We can:

          Design and print your inserts
                      -OR-
          Print your inserts from a print ready image file.

          Either way this will eliminate shipping/delivery charges saving you hundreds of dollars.
