Working in our Automated Document Factory (ADF), Sage’s Statement Processing group uses Pitney Bowes Flexible Productivity Series (FPS) Inserters. By using file-audit processing and output scanning the FPS ensures accuracy and mailpiece integrity and allows us to electronically track each statement throughout the process.

Our goal at Sage Direct is to have statements (without inserts) processed, printed, and mailed by the third day after receiving correct transaction data from your credit union. Statements with inserts are mailed by the fourth day. A quarterly statement run adds one additional day to this timetable. Sage Direct has invested heavily in both equipment and manpower to make this goal a reality.

Sage Direct offers security protection by using a “secured server” to download your member’s financial data instead of simply encrypting statements and sending them via email.
