All customer information is kept in a restricted area accessible only to authorized Sage Direct personnel. All information tagged for disposal is placed in locked bins for shredding.
No paper copies of statements are produced. All customer data-generated paper statements go directly into U.S. Postal Service-regulated containers. Statements that cannot be mailed go into locked shred bins.
Sage maintains a monitored fire alarm system. Staff is trained in proper use of the alarm system, as well as in the extinguishers located throughout our facility. Should a fire incident occur, our local fire department and company owners are immediately notified.
Sage Direct has an off-site disaster recovery data center and a mail processing redundancy plan, a copy of which is available upon request.
